This 1991-penned number, sadly, is a song that continues to find life today. Written in response to the jingoism of the lead up to Gulf War I ("Daddy's War"), the tune is unchanged from its earlier incarnation, except that it gets an angrier reading today. "Planning your next mess" indeed...
